  • Concierge-level transition support

 

Wayfinder does not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Immigration or visa representation

  • Medical, financial, or tax advice

  • Real estate brokerage services

  • Emergency or crisis services

All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. No Guarantees of Outcome

Relocation is a personal decision with many variables beyond our control.
Wayfinder International does not guarantee:

  • Approval of visas or residency applications

  • Availability of specific medications or specialists

  • Safety or security in any location

  • Accuracy or completeness of third-party information

  • Real estate outcomes, financial outcomes, or personal satisfaction

Recommendations are based on the best available research at the time of service, but conditions may change.

  • Conduct your own independent research before making decisions

5. Payment & Billing

All fees for consultations, reports, advisory services, and concierge services must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

Payments are processed via our designated booking or payment platform. Wayfinder does not store full credit card information.

By purchasing a service, you authorize Wayfinder International to charge your selected payment method.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Key points:

  • Missed or no-show appointments are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling may be allowed with adequate notice

  • Completed research packets or delivered services cannot be refunded

  • Partial refunds are provided only in accordance with the published refund policy

We do not receive commissions, compensation, or incentives for referrals.

You agree that Wayfinder is not liable for the actions, performance, or advice of any third-party provider.
